I offer both 1:1 and group hypnobirthing courses to help you feel calm and prepared for birth. The sessions are packed with knowledge and techniques that will help you to work with your body in the birthing space, and help prepare your birth partner to best support you.

Join a group session alongside other local families who share the vision of a calm, positive birth. Learning how to navigate birth, what choices we have and many important tools and techniques to help us stay focused and calm throughout.

8 Hours, usually split across 4 sessions but this can be personalised to suit you.
Experience personalized hypnobirthing sessions tailored to your specific needs and preferences. This can be at your home if you are most comfortable there, otherwise I would love to host you.

THE POSITIVE CAESAREAN WORKSHOP
This workshop runs across 2x 2 hour sessions.
Know that by planning an elective caesarian birth there are still many options open to you and steps for you to take to prepare for a positive birthing experience. Take part in this workshop to understand what to expect at the time of birth, how you can prepare and how to support your post birth recovery.

BIRTH PHOTOGRAPHY
A beautiful way to look back on your labour and remember all those fantastic, powerful moments of love, strength, support. Birth photography is a special type of story telling. A mother being born and the beginning of her baby's story. Something that you will treasure forever.
This is my passion project which I am so excited about. While I am still training and getting to know my camera, I am able to offer this service for £350. This is a portfolio building discount. Please get in touch for details.

THE HYPNOBIRTHING FAST TRACK WORKSHOP
This workshop runs across 2x 2 hour sessions.
This fantastic condensed Hypnobirthing Workshop is suitable for families who may have already completed a Hypnobirthing course during another pregnancy and would like a refresher, or perhaps if you are past 38 weeks and may not have time to do the full course before your baby arrives. This shortened version will equip you with incredible knowledge and help you feel positive and prepared for birth.

ABOUT ME
I'd never really thought about birth being a positive experience. We build up a picture in our minds of what it will be like, often based on traumatic birth stories from friends, family and films. Hypnobirthing education rewrote this narrative for me. I went into my birth with the confidence that my body would know what to do, and it did. Of course it was hard work (they don't call it 'labour' for no reason!), but it was also beautiful, peaceful and empowering. I didn't know how amazing birth could be. Ever since, I have become so excited about birth. I am passionate about delivering classes to help others feel confident and even excited for their journey to birth.
